Dosage

• 1 tablet 3 times daily
• Consume at least 2 hours away from ingestion of mineral supplements

Warnings

• Discontinue if conception occurs
• Caution is advised in patients taking medications, including combined oral contraceptives (St John’s Wort)
• Due to Licorice: caution is advised in those taking thiazide or loop diuretics, and in those with elevated liver enzymes taking immunosuppressives; contraindicated in hypertension and oedema
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
